This site is a tribute to Michael Easby. He is much loved and will always be remembered. A husband, a father, a grandfather and a friend. Michael was so many things to so many people. To me, his wife, he was the sunshine from the rain, the laughter that filled the house, the twinkle in his eye and so full of life. Always had time to listen and always there to help anyone who needed him. Please leave a message of how he touched your life or memory to share.
Funeral for Michael Easby
Funeral service is at South Downs Natural Burial Site on Thursday 5th December 2024 at 12pm, followed by Michael's wake at the Thatched House, Locksway Road, Milton, Southsea PO4 8LT from 2pm to remember him, raise a glass and share stories.

Thoughts
We have only known Michael for a couple of years but I’m so glad that we had this time. He always greeted me with a warm hug closely followed by a large whisky! A truly great person to be around, we will miss you and never forget you.

We were so sad to hear that Michael is gone. Although we only got to know him recently, he just epitomised “lust for life” to us - almost a force of nature. A warm, friendly, funny bundle of energy, who we know will be sadly missed by so many people. Our hearts go out to Jo and the family.

It's hard to find the right words to honor you, mate. You were truly one of a kind, and it's nearly impossible to capture just how awesome you were. You had this infectious energy, always full of life and facinatinh stories from your time serving your country. You lived life to the fullest, embracing every moment with a sense of adventure that was truly inspiring. If I could live my life with even a fraction of the boldness and spirit you did, I'd consider myself lucky. Rest in peace, Michael.
